To the fullest extend permitted by applicable law, the Host of this premise and the Owner(s) disclaim all liabilities and Warranties, regardless of express or implied, arising out of the Guest(s)’ access to this premise, the Guest(s)’ use of any amenities in this premise and the use of the booking platform for the purpose of the Guest(s)’ short-stay in this premise. The entire risk arising out of this premise during the Guest(s)’ short-stay remains with the Guest(s).
Neither the Host of this premise and the Owner(s), including their affiliated entitles, subsidiaries , their employees, officers, directors, employees and other agents, of this premise shall be liabilities for any or all losses, damages, debts, rights, claims, actions or other liabilities whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of goodwill, death, injury or damage for personal or bodily injury or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with (i) the contents of this notice, (ii) the use of or inability to use the booking platform or (iii) any communications, interactions or meeting with any person(s) Whom the guest(s) communicate, interact or meet with as a result of the Guest(s)’ use of this premise or booking platform, whether based on warranty, contract or tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory EXCEPT for the Host’s and the Owner(s)’ Obligations to allow the Guest(s) entering into this premise for a period of Short-stay as per the booking confirmation from the booking Platform and to ensure the essential amenities which supposed to be in this premise as listed under the booking platform are in this premise for the purpose of the Guest(s)’ short–stay.
